We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kaai purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your bag in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all internal padding is included to maintain the bag's shape.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
